Provider: Aminos.AI (USA).
AI Act Warning: please note that in the chat window you are communicating with an Artificial Intelligence (AI) based software.
Purpose: To maintain the context of the conversation and temporarily store the messages exchanged.
Legal basis: your voluntary consent.<\/p>

3.3. Statistical and Behavioural Analysis Cookies (Analytics & Heatmaps)
Featured Service Provider: Microsoft Clarity.
Goal: Create heat maps and anonymous session recordings to improve the user experience (UX).
Data protection (Masking): the system strictly \u201emasks\u201d (hides) the content of all input fields, so that no personal data (e.g. password, credit card) is recorded.
Additional tool: Google Analytics 4.
Legal basis: your voluntary consent.<\/p>

3.4. Marketing and Profiling Cookies
Goal: Map relevant offers on other websites and social media platforms (remarketing).
Tools: controlled by PixelYourSite: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Bing Ads.

The servers of the technical partners of the Website (Google, Meta, Microsoft, Aminos.AI) may be located outside the EEA (USA).
Guarantee: the data of these providers is secure because:
They are listed in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; OR
Their General Contract Conditions (SCC) guarantee protection at European level.
In the case of Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics, data processing with IP anonymisation.<\/p>

6. HANDLING AND DELETING COOKIES
You have the right to change your mind about anything.
On the website: you can change your preferences at any time by clicking on the floating icon (\u201eCookie preferences\u201d) in the bottom left corner of the CookieYes panel.
