6.1. Aminos.ai Chatbot (AI Customer Service) The chat assistant on the website is an automated artificial intelligence (LLM) based system that includes the Aminos.ai service.
Disclosure under Section 50 of the AI Act: you acknowledge that you are being communicated with through the chat interface by a machine (AI), not a living person.
Disclaimer: Although the Service Provider endeavours to keep the AI up to date, the answers given by the chatbot are informative and may in some cases contain incorrect information (so-called „hallucinations”). Data protection: personal data used during the chat will be processed in accordance with the GDPR. Please do not share sensitive personal data (e.g. credit card details, password) in the chat interface.
Analysis of user behaviour: (Microsoft Clarity) The website uses Microsoft Clarity to analyse user interactions in order to improve the quality of the service.
How it works: the system can produce heatmaps and session recordings of how the site is used (visitors clicks, scrolling, mouse movement).
Privacy and Anonymity: Microsoft Clarity collects anonymised data in accordance with the GDPR. Personal data entered in the input fields is automatically blocked (hidden) by the system.
Data: the data may be transferred back to Microsoft (USA) servers, which ensures the appropriate level of protection based on the „Data Privacy Framework”.
